Please carefully read all the terms and conditions of this contract detailed below before booking with Meraya Tour (hereinafter, “Company”), For and in consideration for being permitted to participate in the Open Trips or Retreats (hereinafter the “Trip”) you have selected with the Company, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. By booking any Product(s) / Service(s) with Meraya Tour, or by traveling on a Meraya Tour experience you acknowledge that you: have read and understand these Terms, and indicate your express acceptance of and agree to be bound by these Terms.
MERAYA TOUR reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these terms and conditions at any time where such changes are necessary (for instance, in the case of a change in the applicable laws or regulatory requirements). Such changes will take effect when the updated terms and conditions are uploaded to Meraya Tour website.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. DEFINITION
1.1 MERAYA TOUR is a legal entity established in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, domiciled in Badung Regency, and legally authorized to operate as a travel service provider.
1.2 CLIENT refers to customers who are interested in and wish to travel with the assistance of MERAYA TOUR, including planning for accommodation, transportation, and other services.
1.3 WEBSITE is the official platform of MERAYA TOUR used to market tour packages to all customers.
1.4 INVOICE is a commercial document detailing costs, payment schedules, methods, and transaction records.
1.5 THIRD PARTY (PAYMENT GATEWAY) is a legally partnered entity responsible for handling all forms of payments made to MERAYA TOUR through a documented partnership contract.
2. BOOKING ORDER & PAYMENT
2.1 CLIENT may place BOOKING ORDERS through the MERAYA TOUR WEBSITE by selecting available tour packages and schedules.
2.2 CLIENT must choose a package, price, and schedule, then fill out the required data form on the WEBSITE.
2.3 Upon selecting a package and submitting the form, CLIENT will proceed to payment via the THIRD PARTY (PAYMENT GATEWAY).
2.4 Once CLIENT completes the payment, the THIRD PARTY (PAYMENT GATEWAY) will notify MERAYA TOUR.
2.5 After receiving confirmation of full payment, MERAYA TOUR will arrange all necessary aspects related to CLIENT's arrival and accommodation.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUND
3.1 CLIENT is not allowed to unilaterally cancel a booking. If unilateral cancellation occurs, any payment made will not be refunded, either partially or in full
3.2 If CLIENT submits a cancellation request due to urgent matters, such as the death of a spouse, child, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, floods, storms, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, fires, riots, pandemics), and provides supporting documentation, MERAYA TOUR may approve a 50% refund of the total payment.
3.3 Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Any cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
3.4 MERAYA TOUR is not allowed to unilaterally or suddenly cancel a booking. The company must ensure the smooth execution of CLIENT's trip. If cancellation by MERAYA TOUR occurs, CLIENT is entitled to a 100% refund of the total payment.
4. FORCE MAJEURE
4.1 MERAYA TOUR is not liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, and other unforeseen circumstances.
5. AGREEMENT
5.1 By making a booking with MERAYA TOUR, CLIENT agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
